I woke this morning to the sound of a deluge and freakishly warm weather for New Hampshire this time of year! I guess the midwest this year is getting the snow that we usually get hit with. It may reach 50 degrees today – practically summer weather! But alas – by Tuesday, we will be back in the arctic chill.

The Christmas celebration continues for our family as we wait for the arrival of two nephews who are driving here from other parts of the country. We only see them once or twice a year. I am sure that I will be snapping some photos. On Christmas Day, I got to meet my first great nephew! Lucian Gabriel is about 5 months old and looks just like his dad Christopher. My parents don’t have a huge house but we all meet and pack the place for the holidays. There is plenty of food and lots of love! I love spending time with the family – especially those we seldom see because they live so far away.

I can’t believe that 2009 is almost to an end! It seems like only yesterday we were celebrating the new millenium! I hope this finds everyone well.
