Johnny Prescott Open House in Concord, NH
This is the very first time that I have gone to the Johnny Prescott Open House. It is held one day only in early June. The Johnny Prescott & Son Oil Company family open up their collection of Concord Coaches and other Abbot-Downing coaches and wagons. On display is the largest collection of Abbot-Downing Vehicles in the World! Such a great part of Concord history! There was a tent and free hot dogs and hamburgers fresh off the grill as well as popcorn, bottled water and soft drinks (also known as tonic in these parts). The event was FREE!
I am so glad that I was able to attend. I brought my mom who also enjoyed the collection, and we met Aunt Mary Jane up there as well. It was the first time for all of us!
